Company Formation
TRADE OIL M&A LLP was officially established with a clear vision: to become a trusted mandate partner in the oil and commodities sector. Founded on principles of transparency, compliance, and professionalism, the company set out to fill a critical gap between genuine buyers and credible sellers in the global trade ecosystem.
In our second year, we achieved a major milestone — securing our first international mandate for the sale of crude oil. This marked the beginning of our cross-border operations and validated our approach to disciplined trade facilitation. The transaction laid the groundwork for building long-term relationships with trusted suppliers and buyers.

Expansion into Refined Petroleum Products
Recognizing growing market demand, we expanded our service portfolio to include refined petroleum products such as D2 Diesel, Jet Fuel A1, PMS, and AGO. This move allowed us to cater to a broader client base while deepening our expertise in downstream commodities. It also positioned the company as a more complete mandate partner in the energy sector.
TRADE OIL M&A LLP strategically built a supplier network across the Middle East, West Africa, and select parts of Europe. We focused on onboarding only verified and compliant producers and intermediaries, creating a solid foundation for reliable trade flows. These relationships continue to play a critical role in our mandate operations.

With the world’s energy focus beginning to shift, we responded by incorporating Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) into our product representation. These cleaner-burning fuels aligned with evolving ESG expectations and enabled us to serve clients looking to diversify energy sources.

Expansion into the Asian Energy Market
This year marked our successful entry into the Asian market. We facilitated our first mandates involving buyers in Singapore and Malaysia — regions that are critical logistics and trading hubs for energy commodities. Our expanded presence further solidified our reputation as a truly international mandate company.
To support growth and client security, we implemented encrypted digital tools for communication, contract exchange, and document handling. These systems significantly improved transaction speed, reduced errors, and provided clients with confidence in the integrity of our procurement process.
