We uphold the highest standards of documentation, due diligence, and regulatory compliance in every mandate we represent. Our commitment to verified transactions and ethical trade practices ensures trust, transparency, and protection for all parties involved.
Verified Documentation for Every Transaction
At TRADE OIL M&A LLP, every trade we facilitate is backed by authentic and verifiable documentation. As a mandate-focused firm, we ensure that all parties involved — from sellers to buyers — submit and comply with required paperwork before any negotiation proceeds. These documents may include the Certificate of Origin, Proof of Product (POP), SGS or equivalent inspection reports, Tank Storage Receipts, Bills of Lading, and official Corporate Mandate Letters.
We do not move forward on any transaction unless documentation has been vetted and confirmed as genuine, current, and compliant with international trade protocols. This documentation-first approach eliminates uncertainty, reduces risk, and ensures that all mandates handled by TRADE OIL M&A LLP meet the highest standards of legitimacy and readiness.
KYC, AML & Due Diligence Protocols
Compliance isn’t just a box we check it’s a core part of how we operate. Our due diligence process involves thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks for every new partner, buyer, or seller we engage with. We review company incorporation records, mandates, licenses, and trade histories to ensure all entities are legally recognized, properly authorized, and free of sanctions or reputational red flags.
This strong compliance culture helps prevent fraud, aligns us with global financial regulations, and builds confidence among serious trade partners. Whether you’re submitting a Letter of Intent (LOI), ICPO, or soft offer, our compliance team ensures the deal moves forward securely and transparently — protecting all parties at every stage.
Alignment with Industry and ESG Standards
As global energy markets evolve, so does our responsibility to align with ethical and sustainable business practices. TRADE OIL M&A LLP actively supports Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across the mandates we represent. We prioritize working with suppliers and institutions that demonstrate environmental responsibility, legal labor practices, and corporate transparency.
While we are not a product certifier ourselves, we require that all commodities facilitated through our platform comply with relevant industry standards (such as ASTM, EN, or GOST, depending on product and region). In doing so, we ensure that the products we help move are not only commercially viable but also meet the increasing demand for sustainable and responsible sourcing.
